Years ago, I was visiting with my friend Audrey and happened to stay for dinner. I loved going over as she would create these delicious meals that I would never think of. Case in point, this recipe, and it was easy enough for me to remember and is great for just one or two people.
Ingredients:
Croissant dough
Ham (steak or slices)
Cream Cheese
Directions:
1. Roll out croissant dough and leave in rectangle shape.
2. Place ham on one half of the croissant dough (as much / little as you’d like).
3. Place a dollop of cream cheese on top of the ham.
4. Fold over other half of croissant dough to create a pouch. Be sure the seems are pressed firmly.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
