Traveling down some of Vermont’s backroads are what I love to do the most when I’m home. There’s no telling what you’ll see. Perhaps a wild animal, friendly dairy cows, a fisherman throwing out a line, or how about some odd signs. There’s nothing like being “lost” on some old dirt road and having to come to a stop, stick it in reverse and take a good ole ponder.

It’s definitely enjoyable and something I’ve got my brother and sister-in-law doing everytime I go home. It’s pretty fun family time!

Me too! I made my brother back up in the middle of the road because we went by it the first time. Love it!
I usually hate getting lost on back roads.. and there are a lot of them in Ohio… but next time I’m going to stop and look for the beauty in it. Thanks for sharing!
Ah don’t hate it. Sometimes they’re a little mundane but maybe try going into it thinking you don’t know what you’ll expect and have it be one that you’ve never been on. Could change your mind! Have a great rest of your week!
