Each day in 2014, I am taking a photo. There is no telling what the photo will be or where the “inspiration” will come from. All photos are taken either with my Nikon D5100 or the iPhone (for those times on the go). Come back each Friday for a complete compilation of the past seven days and link to join / view others as part of the 365 projects!

This week: Each week I post these and realize I take too many photos on my phone. Third month in… let’s try to change this in the future. Meanwhile, here are the last seven days!

Day 58/365: February 27, 2014
Feet are gross. X-rays are cool. Last week, I somehow hurt the outside part of my foot and actually went to see a doc. X-rays showed that I didn’t break or fracture my foot although they left me alone in the room with this on the screen… I couldn’t help myself. (Just a note, the assistant that took this messed up on this one so it looks a little funky however I still think it’s pretty cool.)

Day 59/365: February 28, 2014
Show of the week – Grady Spencer and the Work at Magnolia Motor Lounge in Fort Worth. I first heard this guy open for John Fullbright and got to chat with him for a minute before the show (super nice). I think he was a little surprised I was there to see him but if you have a chance, find them and check them out (or buy their cd). Highly recommended!!!
Day 60/365:
March 1, 2014
Spent a little time on this gorgeous day on Tierra Verde golf course. Talk about the perfect scenery. Lord knows I love windmills and old barns!
Day 61/365:
March 2, 2014
March 1st was 82 and March 2nd was 22, degrees. Yes, I’m serious. Awful isn’t it. So… I baked. If these look appealing, come back next week for the recipe!
Day 62/365:
March 3, 2014
Homemade pizza with a little fresh mozzarella!
Day 63/365:
March 4, 2014
My flowers are still kickin’!
Day 64/365:
March 5, 2014
Bought this yesterday so I can say that I actually say I read the book for our book/movie club. I’m hooked and haven’t been able to put it down. Anyone else reading / read this?

I haven’t read Divergent yet. I can’t decide if I want to read it before or after I see the movie (such tough decisions, haha).
    And that dessert looks delicious!

I definitely can’t read any book after the movie, it just won’t happen. If you read the Hunger Games, I’d highly recommend this one (even though I’m only halfway through).

I think I’m going to read the next two books so I’m interested in learning what happens to the characters. The recipe is up today! 🙂
