The summer months have been and are continuing to be incredibly hectic. It’s amazing that it’s already July and there’s still so much coming up on the agenda. Does anyone else feel like this? How can we get it all done?

Personally, I’ve found it hard to stay on top of everything and cleaning my home is on top of the list. How can I get it all done as efficiently, affordably and cleanly as possible? While at Dollar General, I came across a couple products that have helped to save my time and pocketbook and created a list to help us all out along the way.

***The key is to create time and a stick to it. Give yourself 30 minutes to clean each room and dedicate all 30 minutes. It’s incredible what you can accomplish. Let’s get it out of the way so we can spend more time doing things with the ones we love.

Bathroom Cleaning Kit:

Cleaning the shower & sink.

Spray the shower (counter tops, sink, and toilet) generously with the Disinfectant Scrubbing Bubbles® Bathroom Cleaner. Fill the tube with an inch or two of hot water and let the bathroom steam for 5 minutes. This will help to loosen any dirt and mildew within the area. Working from top to bottom, scrub with brush and wipe down. Rinse with water and wipe down with the terry-cloth.

Close the shower curtain.

Never leave the shower curtain open as it will hold water and create mildew stains on the bottom. Once complete, always close it completely to provide a chance to air dry.

The toilet.
