Well since my Camry is gone, it must be a wonder what I’m driving on the road. It could be a moped, an old truck would be absolutely perfect (in my dreams). What did I go with?! Well, I went for Subaru Outback. What better than to bring the “Vermont State Car” to the great state of Texas?!

I’ve named her Millie. Yes, I thought it would be appropriate to name her. What a great, uncommon, country name. Just picture me driving down the road to some good ole bluegrass music heading for an unknown (or known) destination. I find that it all fits pretty well. Millie has more room, reliable, safe and is a great outdoorsy car ready to travel all over the country in! I’m pretty excited! So when you’re on the road – keep an eye out or come say hello!

Hi Everyone!

I’m always up for suggestions of new locations / destinations to check out. Now for special occasions, my birthday is coming up in August and I’d LOVE to check out something new and I’m open for any and all suggestions you all have!

I live in the DFW area so I’m looking for a day / weekend trip. (To be honest, if I had more time I would venture to go to Red River, NM). With that being said we’re sticking to the Texas / Oklahoma neighborhood.. Minimum of two people but maybe something that’s also good for a group. It can include food, an event, a destination, whatever you have in mind! If you have a business that you’d like me to check out – send it on over!

I came across this new site called Bloglovin’.com and it’s genius. If you follow a lot of blogs (like myself) all the links in your favorites can get kind of hectic.
