Capturing Moments with the Gomez Family

Family Photography, Maternity, DFW Photographer, Baby on the Way

Recently, I had the opportunity to photography a few maternity photos for the Gomez family. With Texas foliage in full swing, we couldn’t have picked a day with better weather or scenery. In addition, it’s a great reminder of what we are most thankful for this year. The newest addition to the family will be here in January 2015. Congratulations! I couldn’t be happier for you and thank you for the opportunity to capture these moments!

Well Hello Vermont, It’s Time For Winter

Amazingly enough, this week is Thanksgiving. I’m not even sure where 2014 went but we’ve only got a month and a half left. Last week, I was in Vermont for a few days. The fall air got a little colder, the daylight became a little shorter, the snow became a little more noticeable but the sunsets and landscapes were just as gorgeous as usual. Always a surprise in the air.

During my visit, I was able to grab a few shots to share with you my beautiful home state of Vermont.

Texas Family Film

Release Date: December 5, 2014

Calling all of those to show their Texas pride, love for music and the ambition to follow their dreams. The One I Wrote For You is a San Antonio made and family filmed movie set to release on December 5th, 2014.

Based in San Antonio, the story is of Ben who is a father, husband and employee of a local coffee shop who’s dreams of becoming an accomplished songwriter seem so very long ago. With the encouragement of his ten year old daughter and loved ones, Ben is pushed to follow his dreams on a reality television show. With disappointment and discouragement, Ben is provided an opportunity. He is challenged to face his fears, push himself and not lose himself in the process.

This is a great Texas based film to kick off the holiday’s. It reminds us to be aware of our support system, to follow our dreams no matter how out of reach they may seem but most importantly – we don’t need to lose ourselves in the process. A feature film for those of all ages, we can all take something home and maybe receive a little affirmation and push to chase that thought that we’ve put away so long ago.
