St. Patrick’s Day Pickle Parade

This may be the most “different” parade that I’ve ever attended.

Mansfield, Texas, Pickles, St. Patricks Day, ParadeMansfield Texas is home to Best Maid Pickles. From pickles to the Pickle Queens, this town parade has a little bit of everything (except the town band) that’s green and related to pickles. It’s a great way to incorporate leprechauns and pickles! Let’s take a glance!

Great pictures!!! I love pickles. Have you ever been to a BBQ restaurant named “Famous Daves”? There used to be one in Abilene but it recently closed. Anyhow they have these pickles that are sweet and spicy and amazing! Well, we were shopping at Costco last weekend and they sell jars of them! We were so excited.

I never liked pickles until recently so it’s kind of funny. They have to be super crispy though! Like the bread and butter ones are the best (or whatever they’re called). Yum! I’ll have to keep an eye out for anything “Famous Daves”. Thanks!

We have Famous Dave’s here in Michigan, I think it’s a chain. Never been but I love pickles so maybe I will check it out!

Maybe I will 🙂 I think there are a few near me. Detroit has some really good BBQ place it’s famous for, like Slows, too, that I haven’t been to yet.
