We love visiting the hill country area! But I had no idea you could do olive vineyard tours?! Adding that to my itinerary for our next trip!
We had no idea either! During our tour, they mentioned that the olive oil industry is really starting to grow in Texas. The soil and seasons are perfect for their crops so it sounds like there will be a few more popping up in the future. It was really interesting – I had no idea all of the details that went into the production. Definitely a tour worth checking out.
The Hill Country is our absolute favorite! Nate and I dream all the time about moving out that way! But then, where would we vacation to? Ha. It’s one of our favorite quick vacation spots. Nathan read somewhere that they are making big changes to Hamilton Pool this year. Have you heard?

Bought a home in Henley last winter. A dream fulfilled. Do hope Henley remains a well kept secret because we love the peace and quiet. Dripping Springs and the surrounding towns offer so much to do year round. Not enough hours in the day to enjoy all the activities.
