New England and the Midwest have been getting pounded with snow and the cold for the last week or so. If they haven’t seen enough, I thought I would share some more. Believe me, if I could partake in all this white greatness, I would. I’d even come clean out your driveways for you!
Here is a little reminder that the snow can be pretty too!
Is anyone else missing the snow? Who has had enough of the snow?
Today I’m linking up with Communal Global, The Jenny Evolution, Photography Essentials, and Create With Joy for {Wordless Wednesday}.
Great pictures 🙂 but I’d switch places with you in an instant, lol. We got about a foot of snow two days ago and then another 2-3 inches last night.
I’ll take the switch! haha! Yea – seems like the Midwest and Northeast are getting hit with “winter” pretty good. My dad asked me to find him a winter home in Texas so it must be pretty bad, haha!
It actually was fine, aside from cold temps, until a week or so ago … now we’ve just been getting pummeled with snow :(.
Thank you SO much for sharing these pictures! I love snow but rarely get to see it here in TX. Your pictures are gorgeous!

Thank you so much – I appreciate the compliment! Snow in Texas is a little different I’ve learned. People freak out and it’s gone within 24 hours. It’s nice to see a season now and then though, in my opinion!
I like looking, but thankful I live in Texas.

Haha – your comment made me laugh! I think the majority of people here feel the same way. Thanks for swinging by Patti!
Nice pics! No snow for me, I am not a cold person.

Thank you! Since moving to Texas, I’ve learned I’m not a cold wind person and the cold wind is frequent around here. I miss the snow though!
We don’t have any snow, but I am OVER the cold weather! This Texas gal is ready for flip flop weather!!!

It’s the cold wind! It’s terrible here (or at least in Dallas-Fort Worth). My co-workers were making fun of me yesterday with this wind. The spring and fall temps are the best!
It looks so pretty. We have not had any snow here this winter and I am sad about that

I’m actually in a city where we haven’t gotten any snow yet and I hope that it stays that way! In fact, it’s supposed to be 65 degrees on Sunday… I’m going to get outside as much as I can and soak up those sun rays!

It’s suppose to be close to 80 here on Saturday. I’m planning the same, outside as much as possible! Soak it up, although it’s really hard to believe we’re getting these temps in February.
Beautiful photos! While the snow is pretty, it is only pretty for a short amount of time. Once people start walking and driving around on it, it turns hideous. So glad to be out of Ohio! I live in NC now and will never go back north. Never.

I agree. Vermont is pretty good where there’s spots that are remote and untouched so it still looks peaceful and beautiful. I’ve heard NC is incredible. Everyone keeps telling me I would love it there. Glad you do too!
its soooooo pretty 🙂 !!!!! I just want to tape these pictures on all my windows at home lol ive got the cold weather but none of the pretty snow 🙁

The cold weather isn’t justifiable without the snow! Pretend. Time goes by too fast, before we know it, it’ll be spring and we’ll be wondering where winter went!
These all look like they could be postcards! Snow sure is beautiful, even if it’s a pain sometimes..

It is a pain sometimes. I think all of my family back home wishes it would go away, haha!
WOW!!!!! I wish it would snow in DFW. Just a little bit. I know the natives here go nuts and drive worse when it’s “wintery” but I miss having four distinct seasons. Ahhhhh, Else, I wanna build a snowman! LOL
FINALLY! Someone who is on the same page as I am! These four seasons are non-existent here. It’s so sad. We will have to get together and build a snowman if it ever snows, haha!
It’s sooo pretty! We don’t get real seasons here in Texas. We get blazing hot, less hot, and a few cold snaps. 🙂

I think you described Texas perfectly. Before we know it, it’ll be blazing hot again!
It hasn’t snowed where I live in SUCH a long time! I think it’s been about 5 years since our last real snowfall. Nothing settles these days and we get 30 minute flurries that develop into nothing. I am so jealous of countries that get beautiful snowfalls.

5 years?! Oh my, I don’t know what I would do! Sounds like you need to plan a trip to somewhere snowy! Have a great weekend!
Great shots!

Thank you!! Vermont and Texas – complete opposites geography wise!
These pics are beautiful and are very whimsical but I am not gonna be fooled. I will keep my SE weather 😉

Looks pretty but doesn’t feel the same? haha! I know a lot of people who are right there with you!
Love all these snow pictures! Here in the South it is a sight we rarely see!

The South is completely different for sure. Sometimes we see the snow although when I’m happy about that the majority of people on the roads are freaking out so I’m not sure which is better (or worse)!
I am loving seeing all the snow. We don’t get it here. I love the barn photos and the snow coated tractor. The last pic is very winter wonderland.
Thank you! These are some of my favorite pictures. Can’t quite get enough on a beautiful day! I hope you have a great week!
