Each day in 2014, I am taking a photo. There is no telling what the photo will be or where the “inspiration” will come from. All photos are taken either with my Nikon D5100 or the iPhone (for those times on the go). Come back each Friday for a complete compilation of the past seven days and link to join / view others as part of the 365 projects!
This week:
Day 93/365: April 3, 2014
Storms moving on in, or out. Either way – tornado season is here!
A night at a vineyard enjoying chocolate and wine with a good friend. Doesn’t get much better!
Day 95/365: April 5, 2014
NCAA Final Four Tournament was in town and Saturday morning some of the coaches headed over to a local recreation center to teach some local kids drills. It brought me back to growing up playing sports (including basketball). It was really awesome to see these coaches and some players from around the country giving back to the community and really making a difference in these kids lives!
Day 96/365: April 6, 2014
Sunday is a day of rest, right? Oh excuses. I missed a day!
Day 97/365: April 7, 2014
And then I just got lazy. This Mama is from Arlington, Texas. How incredible to see your son and play in the NCAA Final Four Championship game in your hometown! Day 98/365: April 8, 2014
Have you caught on that I really love tulips?
Day 99/365: April 9, 2014
Mr. Jon Wolfe and his band at Capital Bar in Fort Worth. He really reminds me a lot of George Strait. Maybe it’s because he’s tall and lean and looks good in jeans and cowboy hat and his voice is amazing! Either way, what a fun night! Even got to two step!
I bet you get some crazy storms in Texas! I love thunderstorms….but hate the potential damage to our crops!

The storms are really unpredictable but I love them (just not the destruction).
I miss two-stepping!

You’ll have to put some music on one night and get your husband to dance with you 🙂
I love tulips too!! I have one perfect, if somewhat lonely, tulip blooming in my front yard 🙂

Thank you! That’s very kind!
I love Spring for many reasons…but hate it because of the tornados. They make me a nervous wreck. I seriously have anxiety about them. Boo!
Oh no! Anxiety isn’t good but you are far more in the country than I am so you probably have good reason to be a little more nervous!
