Steak Cookoff
- Opening Ceremony 12pm
- $25 Ticket – Receive a bracelet which will allow you to enjoy the Hors d’oeurves (beginning at 10am) and the 12 ounce ribeye dinner in the afternoon cooked to your perfection by the team of your choice. ($10 for wristband only, does not include ribeye dinner.)
- Over 90 teams cooking and competing!
- Winners announced at 7pm. Prizes for top teams ranging from $500 – $2,500.
VIP Dinner
- $100 Ticket
- Enjoy a VIP dining experience in a private courtyard.
- Steaks will be cooked by celebrity chef Brian C. Lusher, owner of The Grape Restaurant in Dallas.

Live Entertainment all day including a fiddling contest!
Wine Tasting
- $20 Admission
- 11am – 5pm
- Receive a commemorative glass.
- 10+ wineries from the great state of Texas.
- Opportunity to speak to wine makers and vineyard owners!

PBR Rodeo
- $30 Admission (2 Day Event)
- Begins at 7:30pm and will continue on Sunday, May 18th.
